These terms apply to your use of www.santasonbikes.com (the "site"), operated by Santa's On Bikes ("SOB", "we"), a volunteer-run 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in Foley, Alabama (EIN 87-4818891). By using the site, making a donation, or registering a family, you agree to these terms.

Donations

  • Donations are voluntary gifts to SOB and are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • No goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law; an emailed receipt is sent for your records.
  • Donations are generally final. Refunds for donations made in error are handled as described in our Donation Policy.
  • SOB decides how donated funds are used in support of its mission of purchasing and delivering holiday gifts to families in need.

Family registration

  • Information you provide when registering a family must be accurate and provided by the family's parent or guardian.
  • Registering does not guarantee that gifts will be provided. Assistance depends on available donations, volunteers, and SOB's program guidelines.
  • SOB may decline or cancel a registration that is incomplete, duplicated, or inaccurate.

Using the site

  • Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, disrupt it, or submit false or harmful information.
  • Site content, including the Santa's On Bikes name, logo and photos, belongs to SOB or its contributors and may not be used commercially without permission.
  • The site links to other websites (such as Amazon gift lists, Stripe and Facebook). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOB and its volunteers are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

How we collect and use information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
